   3. How to use water transfer temporary tattoo sticker

   1). Clean and dry the skin or other object you like

   2). Cut out the design of your choice and remove the transparent

film.    

   3). Face down on the object; Rub lightly and wet the sticker with

sponge or damp cloth.

   4). After 10 seconds, Peel the corner if it had transfered, if not,

press down and wet it again
